The Food Roadshow is a smaller theatre marquee where specialist chefs will be demonstrating throughout the day. A more intimate setting where you can ask questions and get a bit closer to the action!

Richard Buckley is the chef proprietor of the country’s finest vegan restaurant. Acorn has been included in this year’s MICHELIN Guide 2019 as well as the Good Food Guide 2019. Richard won the Olive magazine BEST CHEFS 2018 Award – for VEGGIE PIONEER. Acorn in Bath has been awarded a MICHELIN Guide 2019 recommended status for the second year running and their first year as a fully vegan restaurant.
He has also just been awarded an amazing 11th restaurant in the world out of the top 50 vegan restaurants. An incredible accomplishment!
He has a passion for sharing the knowledge and techniques that he has learnt and developed in order to increase the general standard of plant-based food across the country.
